TMR 17 Trouble

Bought TMR 17 when it first came out, Have been playing a new era on steam but have TMR stand alone, it installed with no problems as it has done in the past, I cannot send a service ticket because it wants me to log in, I'm logged in on Trainz store and portal but the service ticket won't let me log in to send the ticket... like I said TMR 17 downloaded and installed just fine but when i want to start the game it gives me this error "Unable to authorize this product" frustrated...

Dudeindacorner - I'd advise removing your email address from your post to avoid possible spam. The 'unable to authorise product' error usually means one of the following:

  • You are not using the correct username/password
  • You haven't entered your username/password in Trainz Settings on the Internet tab
  • Your firewall is blocking Trainz access to the Internet which is needed to validate the product
  • N3V need to check your permissions.

What error are you getting when trying to use the Helpdesk site?

Railworks isn't at all likely to work with TMR17 as they are completely different products from different companies (if I'm understanding your post correctly).
