Johnb1951 - How much disk space is presently available on the drive that you're installing to?
Seems that it might be due to lack of space.
The default installation location is typically to your C:\Windows\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\N3V Games\ directory (frequently a hidden folder).
If your C:\ drive doesn't have sufficient space, then change the install directory to another, larger SSD or hard disk drive that does.
Other possibilities for installation failure include:
* Your computer spec is not compliant with the minimum requirements - or,
* you don't have a DirectX 11-capable graphics card - or,
* there's something amiss with the installation media (so download & try again).
