Passenger train issue

Have noticed lately that the passenger capacity marker that hovers above the carriage is remaining visual at all times in a driver session. Call me stupid but can honestly admit to being stumped on how to hide this indication bar. I seem to remember that in the past it would indicate passenger numbers entering/exiting a carriage and then disappear whilst in motion between stations. Now it appears constantly.

Would like to not see it when a train is in motion, any ideas out there?

In Driver, select Display Menu (top left of screen) then Commodity Overlays. Then select one of 5 options, one of which is "Always Hidden"
