What's the best way of placing trees really fast? Is there any speed tree options? Also are there any good content packs (besides JR) for US town buildings? I'm starting to build my own routes.

sometimes you can create a group of trees and then copy and paste the group over and over again....

I use the Menu>Add random scenery tool. I put a few selected trees into the list and selecct the aarea of effecct and get trees everywhere I want them.
