Unable to bulk replace regular track with procedural track in TRS19

I have tons of JR US track #4-132 (narrow ballast)

I thought I'd try a bulk replace with TRS19 Track 1 Procedural - Seasonal

The bulk replace tool balked saying the objects were different types.

G'day Horace, I just tried replacing that track with several others and all replaced perfectly. As JR US track #4-132 (narrow ballast) is a built in 4.6 type: track asset, I'd have another go at it in a different spot on the track. If that still doesn't work, restart TRS19 and do a DBR, then try again.
cheers
Graeme

I've been told there's not any North American procedural track out there so I won't be replacing mine

<kuid:101839:21014> LRW Track, Wood, Flatbottom, Brown Ballast looks good.

Also available in gray, with matching ground textures.

Not "3d" but you really can't tell when running.

There's something messed up here. You should be able to replace in either direction as well we all have. I ran into the same problem awhile ago along with another symptom where I couldn't place track objects such as signals or speed limit signs.

The fix is simple.

Go into Content Manager.

Choose Installed, and Catagory track.

Add in BUILT-IN = False

With just the installed non-built-in track showing, highlight a bunch.

Open these up for edit.

Wait a few seconds...

While they're still selected, choose submit.

Repeat for others until all your track is done.

The tracks should work fine after this. It's a screwy issue which happens with the database sometimes. N3V is aware of the problem and it's one of those things that's difficult to track down. This problem was around in T:ANE as well where it first appeared for me.
