I'm having trouble with this unit. It's giving me an error saying the shell is faulty.

We would need to know what it says when you right click on the shell and select view errors/warnings to help you diagnose. It was tested in TANE SP3 error free.

The error I was getting was mesh "shell" referenced in table was not found. But I did the one troubleshooting tip most would say to do which is redownload and it claims that kuid2:348207:301005:1 is unknown But I have searched high and low for this and it does not seem to be anywhere.

I don't have that problem. I am in TRS19.

Make sure nothing is missing or open for edit.
The KUID you note you are missing is the shell itself which is packed with the file.
