Rail Driver with Trainx 2019 issues

Has anyone got the Rail Driver controller working with Trainz 2019 yet? I've just bought RD and can't get it to work properly, particularly on the dynamic brake and throttle, the former is activated in the throttle range of the lever which is obviously counter-productive for most of the time. Also the throttle works in the Dynamic brake range of the lever, weird and annoying! The other levers work reasonably well if not always accurately as the mouse. I've loaded the latest RD software from the RD site and calibrated and re-calibrated but no joy sadly.
