I notice that the Driver Window doesn't update when open. Is there a way to make this happen? I have been using the Driver Window to follow the Drivers. Its a pain to keep closing and opening the window to update

You mean the map?

If so yeah N3V is aware of that bug. Hopefully they'll fix it some day as it's a problem in T:ANE as well.

If you click on the driver in Driver a window opens which shows all the drivers and what each train is headed to. This window doesn't update unless you close the window and open again.
