Copy & Paste Malfunction

I'm in the process of updating one of my routes for TANE and have run into this problem. I select the area to copy, omitting the height, and click on paste. The screen goes blank and sends me back to my desktop. This only happens on this route, it works fine on other routes. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Is it specific to one region you are copying? Is it possible that one asset in that region is causing the problem?

Thanks for replying. I tried different areas of the route and it happens every where I tested. I haven't installed any items that I already have used many times but I'll keep trying.
