Ongoing Help Request Thread - Trying to Understand "Faulty Dependencies" Errors

Gentlemen (and ladies),

I am enjoying learning more about Trainz but am still struggling to understand the troubles when I install assets.

I understand missing assets but now I have a number of models that appear to have proper assets but are showing "Faulty Dependencies" and I'd like to know/learn how to repair these.

So, as a first step, I am sharing two items that I am hoping someone can shed light upon the troubles and how to fix them, please:


The first is the Subpar BM 4-6-0
