MILW EF! help

Im missing the kuid kuid2:82412:71402173:1. Where do I find it? ANd how do I get the EF1 to work?

Not sure on the second question but I have that KUID down as <kuid2:82412:71402173:1> TUME-71402173-SD40-2-Bogey-Sound which is showing as built-in on mine.

It is by tume though which means you may require the Deluxe Routes DLC in order to get it if it's not on the Download Station.
