An Issue with Road Splines

I am having an issue with road splines (specifically their height) when moving from T:ANE to TRS2019. I use a specific set of roads as a base and have set the height to sit exactly on the baseboard so they're not floating and in T:ANE they display properly there's no issue. I then have some road markings at different points and again there is no issue.

Moving across to TRS2019 even though everything is set EXACTLY the same. the road seems to partially disappear into the floor and looks wrong from a distance, but if I come down close it looks ok. This isn't really ideal and I can't adjust the height of the road used without the road essentially floating and shadows forming under it which is obviously impractical and unrealistic. It would also mean having to adjust the height of more or less every item on the route as well which is something I want to avoid. Is there some kind of workaround for this? I've included examples so people can see what I am talking about.

Hi Paul,

I'm using the latest Beta version so no fix at the moment but it was also happening in the Early Access version. I'll report it as you suggested.

Ben,

What textures are you using? If you are using the new PBR textures, they cause an odd height issue, which will pull the terrain up above splines including roads and tracks, which is really annoying. This height change is quite disturbing when you've brought in a perfectly landscaped route from a previous version only to find that the tracks and roads a buried.

I really hope it can be sorted before "General Release". My absolute number 1 most hated Surveyor task is tweaking road and track spline heights following upgrades and patches. Those &#@ shadows !!
