Cannot validate product

Hello
I downloaded and installed TRS 2019 without any problems.
My CTF ticket of 90 days is well validated, my connection to Mytrainz is successful, the username and password are correct, but when I wishes start the games, it tells me "Product validation impossibe "
If anyone can help me, thank you
 
Check your firewall is allowing TRS19 access. If Windows firewall it should have prompted you however it's often hidden under the current Window and blocks if you don't click allow quick enough.

I checked my firewall and it authorizes well TRS19
I have no problem with TANE, and for TRS19 I do not understand
