Faulty In TRS19 - Assistance Please

Been so long since i bothered fixing any faulty dependencies, i have forgotten how. So could some kind person help me out with fixing this please.

Info on how to fix this "invisible stretch" item would be much appreciated.

Looks like I fixed that as it's modified here, downloaded on another install, it's faulty, just run images2TGA on the .texture file and save as, which will re-instate the tga and texture.txt then submit.

Not sure why it's on the DLS in it's compiled form, needs adding to the repair list.

I downloaded it from the DLS for a Russian route.

But i am pretty sure i downloaded it a few weeks back for the Paddington - Westbury TANE route (since deleted) and it was faulty then.
