As there are so many updated assets I would make a CDP of the route and session. Import that CDP into TS19 and then download all missing assets. Any assets still missing look for in TS12 and make a CDP but don't copy built in assets as they tend not to transfer very well.
If TRS19 reports any missing assets that are built into TS12 then leave them. They will, according to N3V, be made available in TRS19 when the final version is released sometime this year.
I noticed a lot of broken items now once I transferred a route from TANE to TRS19, they are mostly built in items made by Auran. You would think these items would already be fixed for newer game versions.
