Check they arn't installed already.
Thanks Tony, neither are installed in TRS19. I've tried "Download Purchased Items" several times to no avail. All other packages seem to be there.

At the Launcher, go into settings and modify your username to disconnect from the server.
Click on the password area to force the disconnect.
Exit completely.
Start up again, go into settings, and fix your username.
Log in normally.
Start TRS19 and see if that downloads your content.
Well that made progress. There is a bruit force method, but it means eating up a bunch of bandwidth in the process.
Delete the DLC package folders first.
Run a database repair.
Exit.
Start again and at the Launcher redownload your purchased items.
This will reset everything and all content will be downloaded.
Be warned: A validation process will run afterwards as the data gets synched into the database again. This can cause stuff not to appear in the menus in Surveyor until all is done, and may cause a performance hit.

No need to delete all the packages. Just the ones you want updated.
Check for xx435 and xx436 and delete, then rebuild your db.
You will need Balezino installed as well to find the sessions - sc368

A bit more refined.... You took out the tweezers instead of a hammer.
I've done that as well with great success.
