wow, what a monumental task. hard to imagine that American low-tech industry built this damn-near 80 years ago. and they built a bunch of them on an assembly line. Good job to the modern crew in resuscitating this behemoth jewel.

All I can say as a retired Manufacturing engineer .....is WOW! Effectively reverse engineering and creating parts from scratch, especially casting. Have to wonder where there is a foundry that can even deal with that level of work! Over seas? Pattern makers were hard to come by 40 years ago! CNC did patterns and grey but still WOW! You folks have a dream situation and have done an absolutely stunning task. Wishing I was close enough to see and appreciate the final work! A bucket list thing for me I think.
