Midwest Grain Dependency Packs are gone

I am installing a route that requires a asset from one of the dependency packs for Midwest Grain, but when I looked for it on the Midwest Grain Dependencies page on the JointedRail site, the DL links for all the dependency packs appeared to have been removed.

Did you check under the freeware items?

Yes and unfortunately it appears that asset is not available on its own.

Also something seems to be off because when I click on the image on the page it shows up at the way bottom of the page.
