Not necessarily. Some people did the :127 not knowing that it's a flip-over to :0. The unfortunately part is there are no other updates in between, and that can wreak havoc with the DLS and Trainz. You might be able to download this using the White pages and FTP, or right-click in CM and try download this version, which works sometimes.

An updated version of NP Billings and Laurel will soon be on the DLS. The update should remove and replace the assets you listed which by the way were found to be installed from Payware.

Installed updated version. <kuid2:102657:44:127> still shows as missing.

That asset (<kuid2:102657:44:127>) is a Motel unit with back door and can found on the DLS. It's located in Laurel

Hm. I'm not getting it when I search the DLS. CM misses it as well. I get V1 of it. That'll do I guess.

Try searching for the name and not the Kuid and see if that helps. It maybe the version number in the KUID that's confusing things.

Mine shows as :1. I think the :127 is a mistake.

Probably not....

If the asset was updated the route dependencies may not pick it up if the route is shared. I'v run into this more than a few times where a route still looks for the original kuid of an asset, even though the asset was updated.

What happened initially is a combination of users thinking of making an asset to the highest build with 127 possible versions allowable in the KUID2 system (really 0 to 127), and a rollover bug where if someone uses the :127, it really represents a 0 and that messes up the KUID2 logic.

That is something that N3V has to sort out someday, but fixing that might break a lot of things in the process.
