help to download

i am new to list and need help.
i have windows 10 and i found a item i wanted to download but its saying i need a app
but what app do i need.
can't seam to find anything.
can anyone point me in the right dirrection please

Seeing you have 2004 listed as your last version, in case of the DLS you will need to have an active FCT.
