FMA Background (Download) crashes PC

Not sure if this is the right place, but having the pc crash once right at the second the download completed rather peeved me off, loosing some recent work on a route. So I carefully redid the work, saved it and attempted to download the FMA tree background 04 again. It crashed the pc again. Anyone else have this oddity and/or an explanation? (kuid 9999:922013)

However FMA tree background02 didn't cause this problem. (kuid 9999:922011)

No problem when I downloaded it just a moment ago. Cannot find anything technically faulty about the asset after downloading. Shows up normally in Surveyor.

The only criticism I'd have is artistic not technical. The texture used is tiled horizontally, but has not been made seamless, so there are a couple of obvious visible discontinuities.
