Baltimore and Ohio Rolling Stock

** Fire Department**
Hey everyone!

I know I’m gonna sound like a “Gimmie Pig” here, but I am searching for some B&O stock to accompany K&L’s E27 and Q3. In particular, I know I have seen the curved topped boxcars and cabooses that are prototypically correct somewhere. Just asking for some guidance on where to find them. Thanks in advance everyone!

There is not a lot of wagon top boxcars out there

Not many B&O cabooses of any sort but as luck would have it all of them are archroof.

There is a camelback on the DLS and a couple of tank engines around the web.

The Reporting Mark for the B&O is "BO". rgcx is a prolific uploader of rolling stock.

If you use Manage Content to search the Download Station for Name = "BO" / Category = "Rolling Stock" / Author = "rgcx" you will find many box cars, reefers and a caboose.

Norm, where did you get those freight cars that go with the Norris?

That is a repaint by steamdrivre of whitepass' 1820-1900 New Jersey Central jimmy.

<kuid:58422:100233> jimmy
<kuid:371339:100233> Jimmy (old)

the second one is the one shown, they are on the DLS.

According to whitepass' blurb consists of 100-200 cars were normal. That may have been well after the Norris' era.

Oh! Nice find on that caboose!

It's a wagontop! Excellent :D

I would have sworn I'd seen a wagontop covered hopper somewhere but I just spent a half hour searching without any luck.

Thank you all so much for this! I found a lot of good assets so far! Where is that camelback? I remember it being on some sort of Brazilian site, but I couldn't find it on the DLS.

Thanks for the shout-out, Phil.

I appreciate it.

And we all appreciate all the wonderful items of rolling stock you have given us. When I was searching for an adjective to use with your name I thought "prolific" sounded just tight. I hope you don't mind!

Huh, I thought it was on the DLS but nope. I used kuidindex and it couldn't find it either. I believe you are right, the author is worksim. I checked his website and it is shutdown. Ah, well too bad, he did some good work.

The 0-4-0T is on bdaneal's site http://www.steammachine.com/bdaneal/sgdl.htm and the 0-6-0T is from The Backshops https://www.thebackshops.com/trains/freeware/small_steam.html

The 0-4-0T is out of date, and T:ANE won't let me fix it easily. Is the 2-8-0 camelback anywhere online?
