Download problems

I am having a hard time trying to fix a few problems on some of my downloads and improve them for Trainz 2019. They include the missing mesh file '.im' for the Wingatui Station and Signalbox. Others include the textures missing for narrow gauge track bridge track.

Any advice would be appreciative.
