If that does happen I may faint, his models are so darn amazing, as we all know we can do whatever in Trainz so, here's what may have happened if the UP chose to save a 3800

Thanks for the compliment third8923.
The weathering is based on one TGA that I made. Applied in Paint.net using the various Layer options, brightness/contrast settings etc with a great dollop of "trial and error".
Feel free to take a screenprint of the attached image and use.

A few days ago, Barnes was kind enough to point to where TrainZItalia's Sherman Hill route is located (And I only recently realized it was actually free lol). I also picked up some pretty neat Late Challengers as well...
I am very happy with the map, now I will spam you with images
A really good route, very nicely detailed, and a very appropriate environment for anything Union Pacific!
