"Over City" - A "mobile" TRS19 route?

A new upload to the DLS called "Over City" (build 4.6) <kuid:848524:100003> consists of just a single flat baseboard covered with just the one green grass texture. No track or any other assets. I could be wrong but does some-one have TRS19 running on an iPad, iPhone or Android device because that's what it looks like.

I also just noticed that uploads with Build 4.6 (TRS19) are showing as TANE SP2 on the web based DLS. Reported as a bug.
