Jointed rail Container crane problem

So I recently gotten the American Intermoble set. I followed the instructions on how to set it up and I start to test it out, It starts fine but when it comes to loading the train. The crane goes over the container and hooks up to it. When it lifts the container up it does not pick it up. It moves empty handed over the train and lowers into the car and then lifts up and issues the car has been loaded message even though nothing was placed into the car. I tried unloading the train which the same results.

Anyone know how to fix this? I tried everything and the manual dosent really help.

Have you got HC containers, it may not connect with SC.
I have a number of the AI setup working on my route at the same time and have had no problems like that.
It has had no problems for me in SP3

I'm using the Containers downloaded from Jointed Rail. If it helps I'm using TS12 latest build.
