Freight car/track problem

Good morning.
I have been working on a route for some time now.
This morning when I went to work on it some of my freight cars were gone and in its place was the green and red arrows you see when placing the cars on the track.
My big problem now is I'm unable to delete the track and whatever is on the track.I also have a pass consist that has pretty much the same problem.
I have 2 pics on my HD but don't have an URL for them.

To upload a picture, you need to use an external source such as Imgur.com

Click on New Post
Drag in your image you want to share, or use the browse thing and browse for it.
Hover over your image in Imgur you uploaded.
Click on the download arrow located next to Edit post.
Click on Get Share links
Click on the text in the BBCode (Forums) section
Click Copy
Paste here.

Anyway it sounds like you've got your layers mixed up, or are editing the route instead of the sesion.
Go into Content Manager
Search for your route.
Right-click and choose export to CDP.

This is to create a backup of it before we do the next step. Backups are a good thing!

Go into Back in to T:ANE and open the route in the Session editor the session and click on layers. Merge the session with the route.

Hopefully this will help.

If not, well this is why we have a backup first.

You can sometimes get rid of invisible assets by placing another asset at each end of them, then delete them as a consist.

Where I have the problem is in the Surveyor.
