How do you record gameplay in Trainz 12

I'm trying to figure out how to record gameplay so that I can upload to YouTube. Is there a built in feature for recording?

I'm pretty sure there is not any built in feature, obly for screenshots. For recording you can use the freeware programs fraps or bandicap, or on the payware option my personal best is action.

There is none built-in but:

1) You can use the built-in in Windows 10 Game Bar and choose the record function. It works pretty well and does a nice video, which I've used for short test-reporting clips.

2) Use commercial products such as BandiCam or Fraps. I have Fraps which works very well and have used it for years.

3) Use the Shadow-Play feature if you have an NVidia card, or the equivalent for your AMD video card.

Whatever is used, will write an MP4 video somewhere, which you can then edit to size do whatever you want with it.

I used OBS to create a video on How to Build a Model Railroad for my Collage Class. Video turn out pretty good in my opinion.
