FCT not working /!\

Hello everyone :)

I'm a new trainz user (thanks the Trainz 2009 offer :hehe: maybe i'll go to Trainz 2019 after that) and I've got a First Class ticket activated. But I still can't download anything with the Content Manager from the Download Station, I keep receiving the "Servers full" message :'(

Anybody here with the same issue ?

Your forum account currently does not show a registered version of Trainz.
So:

Either you did not register your version of Trainz yet. To fix that, go here:
https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
If you did so already, contact the Helpdesk to get it to show next to your forum account and fix your forum account; you might be lacking access to certain parts of the forum (like for example the DLS / FCT section where this topic belongs).
Note that many people will ignore your questions if you don't have a version of the game showing next to your name.

You are using a different forum name then the one you got the game on. In that case:
Start using the same name for your game as for the forum.

... or ...

You simply have not activated the FCT yet. To do so, go here:
https://www.auran.com/planetauran/AT_display_tickets.php

Note that if you bought the FCT using a different username as the one you got the game with, things will never work. In that case, contact the Helpdesk (link at the top of this page) to get those accounts merged / fixed.
 
Well I think it's activated, there's no "activate" option and it tells me that it will expires Sept. 07.

I registered it, entered my serial number and all. Gonna contact the support as there's this thing written when I go to my account... :eek:

This may also be the reason why you don't see the version of the game next to my name...
