gforce experience video size..

Does anyone use this to record video?
I did a 20 min test run on a route and went back to view it the quality was awesome but noticed the file size over 4gb! ouch...
any suggested settings others may use to drop the file size...?

I haven't used it in ages for recording due to GF experience being a system hog.

I instead use the built-in Windows 10 Gaming Mode recorder if I'm lazy, or FRAPS. FRAPS will split the video into 4GB segments (purchased version).

Thnx just tried the win 10 recorder looks good., fraps I had a paid version but lost all info and prog from another comp which died...
