What the ......? Unusual train things found on Google Earth

I am building a route based around Warsaw in Poland, during research on G Maps I found this, scroll out to see the unusal location!

It seems to be some kind of training ground, I can see an assault corse for humans and another for dogs and an insurance company car graveyard!.

Have you found any unusual rail related items on G Earth and thought what the... ?.

I can't figure out what this is either. From the ground it has banked curves like that of a racetrack, but it's only one lane, so it can't be a racetrack. Only thing I can think of is that it's some sort of oval road that is used to test the performance of a car.

As a comparison, here's the Volkswagen plant, which manufactures Volkswagen's Passat in Chattanooga. You can see the test track in the center of the picture, with the U-turn at the bottom of the picture, and the other U-turn up above what looks like a pedestrian bridge from the parking lot to the actual factory.

According to the sign on the gate it's the Alternative Vehicles Test Facility, presumably related to Chattanooga State TCAT.
