Password reset.

I hope this post is read by JointedRail.After rebuilding my pc and reinstalling it, I need to reset my password to my account.Unfortunately, for more than 14 days, I have been trying to contact someone.No response to reset request or email help. I'm a little disappointed with that.I can not even get to my Club Car.Thank you for your help and excuse my English. Mila

I dont think I've received any emails noting this, can you email support@jointedrail.com . Just note what you need and I'll get it taken care of.

I faced same problem, someone from JR staff helped to solved it manually.
