i did it for diesels, so why not do it for steam engines.
Unlike the streamlined diesel list, this list will be organized by railroad, but just like the diesel list, you may submit corrections/additions via the reply system.

(not: the RR section has been replaced by paint schemes, as this list instates individual locomotives)
(also note: locomotives with smoke deflectors will not be counted as streamliners)
