List of "streamliner series" diesels and their status in trainz

A list of what i like to call "streamliner series" (my definition for diesels designed with a streamlined style) and their status in trainz, if you have any new locomotives/corrections you would like to add, feel free to add them as replies. :)

guide:
status= where the locomotive can be found.

Actually we're doing pretty well with US streamlined diesels. I believe trainboi has made a new F-unit cab and various F-unit variants are available on Trainz Forge. The RF16s are still floating around the net, I have a few! They were made by Landrvr1 in the UTC days so they are looking a tad long in the tooth nowadays although he was generally ahead of his time.

The big, gaping hole is E units. Landrvr1 did them but again, they're UTC era and Trainboi's excellent payware E5 is only really suitable for the CB&Q.

Don't forget the 'Little Joe', and the various New Haven and Great Northern electrics.

Suggested addition(s)

Not to blow my own horn ;) , but...

ALCO SECTION (added)

DL-109
status: DLS available.
cab: custom
B unit: no
RRs:
NH (3 schemes)
(possibly some reskins out there also, for NH (cranberry) and others (Rock Island))

and EP-4 to complement GG-1 - Also DLS available, but only one road/one paint scheme.

I myself have been looking for more E units, especially the "full slant" (the front slant goes all the way down to the rails) configuration, i found an example on obos trainz site, but it is no longer on the DLS. :/ (as far as i know) I would really like to see new E units with new models, especially E units with warbonnet. (i mean, have you ever seen a EMC E1 with warbonnet? Its the best incarnation of the famous paint on any E or F series unit then produced) Ahh well...one can dream. :)

There various Australian variants of the E & F units on the DLS, the VR B Class (?) I think is the double cab version. Australian trains are not my area of expertise sadly.

There's also the NOHAB (European F7 variant) available and the Deltics, Class 37, Class 23, Class 40, the Warships and the D600s.

NSW 42, 421, 43, 44 classes all stream liners
VR B and S class
Commonwealth rail / SA rail GM, 900, 930 classes and the mighty CL class
what you call streamlines are also commonly know as bulldogs in Australia

it was announced just this week that enough funds have been raised to save the last bulldog built in the world

there are NOHAB's in Australia
