Default MS Edge - how to stop it remembering tabs?

After the recent "Spring" update of Windows 10, I notice that when I first open Microsoft Edge browser now, it has already opened a couple of tabs that I had been using previously. How can I stop it doing this so it gives me a clean browser to start with every time?

It did stop the previous tabs from being auto-opened (which was what I wanted) BUT I've also lost the tabs/pages that I'd "put aside" for later retrieval (which was definitely NOT what I wanted). Apparently you can't do one of these without doing the other too. Bloody Microsoft!
