No Trees appearing in Tidewater Point (all assets downloaded)

Fairly self explanatory - there are a few trees, but most of the landscape is baron. A few textures seem to be missing too, yet there is no missing content warning, and all assets have been installed. Any ideas? I'm running TANE SP2.

Hey Matt,
What JR gives you here is essentially are "free baseboards" with minimal scenery. My free "route" had no track as well. Buy the content pack and everything else will show up.
