Help for missing route.

I have a route that has not been accessed in about 7 months. When I went to try and open it I noticed it was not listed in the opening screen. I looked in the file path and it does show up as a folder under backups. The folder has references to different map files. What do I do to get the route to show up again so that I can do additional edits to it?

If there is also a config.txt in there it should be possible to import it using Import Content in Content Manager.
