NW U.S. flag hopper

I download the NW 100 ton hopper that had a U.S. flag design on it, but it showed up in the game without that design and looked like a normal hopper. How do I get the flag design in the game? I have Trainz 2012.

It might have a chameleon skin. Did you try the "?" feature in Surveyor to see if it comes in various skins.

I tried it just now and found "traincar skin" at the bottom left corner. It displays numbers that when clicked go from 1-3. What number would be the U.S. flag skin?
