How do i move around in quickdrive mode?

I know this sounds stupid, but how do i move around in quickdrive mode? I've tried everything. Also, is there a better way to move around in surveyor? I don't like the space button function.

The easiest way to move around is to press the right mouse button and drag.

In driver mode you will usually start with one of your consists. Look for the camera icon in the upper right corner and click on free roaming view. That will allow you to move around freely. Good way to watch any AI trains to see if they are behaving properly.

Press the following
Key 1 = Interior view if it has an Interior attachment.
Key 2 = Follow train.
Key 3 = View train from static locations around the route.
Key 4 = Roam free around the route.

Plus, when you're inside a locomotive cab (or passenger car, etc.) in Camera 1 (Interior) mode, you can pan about with the mouse and zoom with the mouse wheel.
Using the [ ] square brackets keys will allow you to view different aspects of the cab and window views as well.
