Checkrail's Routes?

I've gotten back into Trainz a little over a month ago so forgive me if this has been asked/answered before.

So checkrail.com seem to no long exist anymore. I've tried to use wayback to see if the downloads could still be accessed, but to no avail.
I'd just like to know if those routes previously hosted there are gone forever?
Or are the routes like Clovis Sub, East Kentucky and The Evansville Western Railway (EVWR) possibly hosted somewhere else now?

Site was closed down, so gone for good.
