Hard to Find Dependencies

I've looked high and low on the download station, your website and did a Google search but these missing dependencies have unfortunately succeeded in eluding me thus far. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find these much needed assets? It'd be greatly appreciated.

<kuid:45324:6702> is 'SD70ACe Engine' and has been made obsolete by <kuid2:45324:6702:4>
<kuid2:103021:60000:1> is 'Fuel Oil' and has been made obsolete by <kuid2:103021:60000:2>, which is built-into TANE.
The other two I do not know as I'm basing my findings on what I have installed.
Also 45324 is norfolksouthern37 and 103021 is lilb.

No. It's a dependency for Jointed Rail's NS Heritage Units. However, go to their 'Engine Specs' section, found under the 'dependencies' tab and download 'Engine Specs'. This will get you the latest version of 'SD70ACe Engine', <kuid2:45324:6702:6>, and will go ahead and update the enginespec of any locomotive made by Jointed Rail or other locomotives that use the enginespecs included in the download that is installed on your computer.
