Having issues with new Tidewater Point route

I have not been able to get the sessions to load/open in driver, or even get the route to open correctly in surveyor, and I am stumped.

No warnings, no errors, no missing content, no broken content, re-downloaded 3 times and file does not appear to be corrupted.

What happens: When I select a session and click Drive Session, the TANE splash screen opens and "pre caching content" (or some-such phrasing) flashes at the top of the screen... 30 minutes go by, and still sitting on splash screen, so I Ctrl-Alt-Del out of TANE (SP2-88348) wait a bit, and restart TANE. Same result on all three included sessions. No Go. Next I tried reducing all performance settings to lowest setting, restarted TANE and attempted to open the Route in Surveyor, figuring that if it was a performance issue, this would at least let me view the route. No go. After about 35 minutes, the route finally opened, only to be completely black. After fiddling with the Edit Environment settings, I "reset colors" and was greeted by brightness, stark white brightness. I tried to move the compass cursor, but could not, so I tried zooming out. Success, sort of. I zoomed quickly, and ended up far enough out to see basically a "map view" which showed there were indeed track vector lines and an outline of the baseboards. Zooming in some, I was able to see the track objects, some scenery, some flora/trees, and spline points, but no "ground" or ground textures, and the compass cursor was several dozen meters below the track height. If I zoom out to the map view distance, I can jump around the route, but if zoomed in, I can not move the compass cursor with the mouse (I did not try to Alt+arrow key).

I have screen captures, if needed to help explain.

All other routes and sessions load and operate normally, with load times of less than 45 seconds.

Computer is 3.4Ghz quad core AMD PhenomII x4 965, 8Gb Corsair Ram, Gigabyte Nvidia 1050Ti-4Gb Ram, 2Tb WD Caviar Black hard drive-75% free
TANE settings are normally set to "High" at each setting, tested at "low" or "off" on all settings, including turning off Physics, etc.
Downloaded Route File is 7.77Mb in size.

I'm stumped. What is causing the "ground" to not be rendered, and the Environment to be set to "black" upon opening? Bad file? Not enough RAM for JUST this route? Unreported error?

The only thing I can think of is if the route requires Hotfix 1 (builds for that are in the 909xx range).

It says "Requires Tane: Deluxe", which I have, and it is Build 4.5, which is what SP2 88348 is.

-after replying that, I notice that the Trainz timeline is missing from next to our usernames..odd, is that new?

The Trainz timeline seems to be appearing OK for me at the moment. The reason I was wondering about the hotfix requirement is in case there's been some structural changes between SP2 and SP2 HF1.

Purchased the Tidewater route/content pack from the JR site only to find the above-listed items all showing faulty in CM. Please advise. Thanks!

Its related to the Library itself for those grass files.

Search for <kuid2:19691:100014:1> in Content manager. Once found right click on it and select list asset versions. If you have the :2 version, DELETE it. Then download the :1 version from the DLS and it should be fine then.

Also i'll add a bit more. If you use library under :1, u must use all assest under :1. And if you use library under :2 you should to delete all :1 and use totaly :2 assests.
