Tidewater Point faulty dependencies

I'm downloading a lot of Tb scenery/textures from the DLS for this route. So far, I have four faulty assets. One of them is listed in another thread in this forum, and I attempted the fix listed there.

The other three are as follows:

<kuid2:19691:100016:2> Tb Grass S 6
<kuid2:19691:100048:2> Tb Grass S 06w
<kuid2:19691:100015:2> Tb Grass S 6gr

The errors are as follows:

; <kuid2:19691:100048:2> Validating <kuid2:19691:100048:2>
- <kuid2:19691:100048:2> VE33: Alias mesh '6/11/1w-lod-0.im' not found in dependency <kuid:19691:100011>.
- <kuid2:19691:100048:2> VE33: Alias mesh '6/11/1w-lod-1.im' not found in dependency <kuid:19691:100011>.

; <kuid2:19691:100016:2> Validating <kuid2:19691:100016:2>
- <kuid2:19691:100016:2> VE33: Alias mesh '6/11/1-gr.im' not found in dependency <kuid:19691:100011>.

; <kuid2:19691:100015:2> Validating <kuid2:19691:100015:2>
- <kuid2:19691:100015:2> VE33: Alias mesh '6/11/1w-gr.im' not found in dependency <kuid:19691:100011>.

How do I fix these faulty assets (and why were they used in the route)?

No issues here.
Try to delete old mesh library of these grass and downlod last version from DLS.

I appear to have the latest version of the library installed:

As you can see from my error list above, they are looking for mesh in the original version of the library, not version :1 or version :2. I don't know how these things work, but it appears I have that version of the library installed as well.

EDIT: I exported the original version of the library to a cdp so I could install it again if necessary. Then I deleted it. That seemed to fix the problems.

You need to remove the <kuid2:19691:100011:2> version and only download the <kuid2:19691:100011:1> version in the list. Something is wrong in version :2 from the DLS where it is missing a lot of the library content. Unfortunately it will be a larger download for you. This will fix the remaining items.

I've told you, need to remove obsoleted assets.
Look at <kuid:19691:100011> and remove it. Better to remove all obsoleted assets of kuids #19691.

Yes, I understood what you told me. Did you read what I wrote? I deleted that library already. But now, NS37 is telling me the opposite. He’s telling me to delete the latest version :2 and download version :1, which will likely show as obsolete, no?

I'll wait until I get the rest of the assets downloaded and see where things stand. At least I now know to attempt fixes for these errors through different versions of the library (and to save each once downloaded by exporting to cdp before deleting so I don’t have to keep downloading to try different versions).

I am only explaining what I had to do myself to get the grass assets to not be faulty. When I let CM download the latest file on it's own I have the errors, but if i remove the :2 asset and only have the :1 there are no errors.

I opened the :2 item and it was very much smaller in size and had a lot less in the library and hence was missing key mesh files that the other items require. Only the :1 had the required meshes from the DLS. I do not know why this happened but it has been a problem for everyone who lets CM download :2 automatically.

Here is a screenshot of my install. You can tell the :1 (installed) is much larger in size (not missing items so no VE33: Alias mesh not found in dependency error).
