Merging Routes

I'm sort of returning to T:ANE after an on/off absence of about a year or so. Previously I had purchased the route Canadian Rocky Mountains: Columbia River Basin and I may be wrong but...when I first read about its release way back then, it talked about future sections that would be added.

I was under the impression that any future sections would be able to be merged with the first section and so on.

I recently purchased Canadian Rocky Mountains: Rogers Pass. I have a couple of questions about the Canadian Rocky Mountain series.

1) Were these routes intended to be merged together and if so...how?

2) Is "Columbia River Basin" and "Rogers Pass" the only sections currently available and are there any plans for additions to this series?

For all I know, these two sections may not even be close to one another in the real world. I'm not a "prototype/rivet counter/railfan" :hehe: so I'm not really knowledgeable on these things.
