Help Finding Helpful Superelevation Excel Document No Longer Available

As we know, TANE introduced super elevation. There was a Microsoft Excel Online document available accessed via a link on Trainz Wiki, but the document is no longer available. The link takes you to a Microsoft OneDrive site that says 'This item might not exist or is no longer available.' It has helped me numerous times when I'm building a route. Therefore I'm asking for help finding a way to access that document file again to continue to use it in making my routes. Is there any other way that I can access that document?
