i recently bought NS 911 Honoring First Responders unit from jointedrail.com yet it says its missing an unknown assist anyone else ever have this issue?

Welcome to the forums.

Unknown assets normally have a KUID next to them which is the ID of the asset. If you're able to locate that and post it here, that will help in working out what the asset is missing.
