JRSS signal system?

Hi all,

I have had the CSX C40-8W for some time now and I love it. There is one thing however that puzzles me: the JRSS signal system inside the cab. Does anyone know how this works and what the meaning of the lights is? Thanks.

Those are cab signals, weve just put our own name to them.

OK, but what do the various lights mean? What do they tell me?

They are signal aspects just like normal signals just a different way of displaying them. Look up PRR Position Light signals on google and youll be able to figure what the aspects mean.

The cab signal can only display restricting, approach medium, approach, and clear. It will be set when the locomotive passes a signal.
