Question about placing down overhead wires.

For my IRM route, nearly almost every inch of track has overhead trolley wires and I was wondering is it better to use Trolley Poles and Wire that are Track Objects instead of using ones that are just plain Scenery? Also is there a way to convert a scenery assets to a track object asset? Next do most electrics work better in trainz if you use Track Object Overhead Wires over ones that are static scenery pieces. IRM also has a lot of crossovers and switches, would using a Track Object piece also be better off for that. Finally I plan on making a functional trolley buses operation for the route and their are some sections where both the Streetcars and Trolley Buses uses the same wire, are you able to pull this off in Trainz?

I built all my catenaries as spline objects. Track objects have a theoretical advantage in that height should always be correct, but have been too much of a pain to work with otherwise.
