It would help if you posted the KUID of the missing dep. But generally the dependencies for JR's locomotives are either found on their site or on the DLS, so try copying and pasting the KUID for the missing dependency into the search bar on JR's site and if it's there it'll show you it.
You could also try subscribing to Kuidfinder and using it to find it.
