Where exactly can I find an UP 844?

{I'm sorry if I seem a little stupid or nervous in this thread, it's my first post on the TRAINZ Forum.}

So, lately I've seen people with UP FEF-3s and 844s. I tried the FEFs from Trainzforge and they have missing dependencies [can't find them anywhere, either]. I've looked on TrainzItalia and I can't find the 844 anywhere. Suggestions? Answers?
